This where I come in. We will work together, one on one, to find practical and creative solutions to your life. Restore Peace. Find Hope. Be Well. Traditionally, this is called therapy. I use a variety of tools, specifically tailored to your individual needs, to create a life you love, move past your "hang ups," connect with your passion, move beyond the trauma of your past, experience personal empowerment and find real ways to feel a sense of control over the anxiety and worry that just won't go away.
